By accessing the Nails Diaries website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy, Shipping, Return & Refund, Cancellation and Payment Policies.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a transaction or are acting with the permission and supervision of a lawful guardian.
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, shades, designs, dimensions and images accurately. Colours can vary slightly due to screens, lighting and photography. Minor visual differences that do not materially change the product are not treated as defects. Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, nail sizing, quantity, shade and selections before ordering.
Certain Nails Diaries products are personal-use/hygiene-sensitive products. For health, hygiene and quality-control reasons, products generally cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded simply because the customer changed their mind, selected the wrong size, does not like the colour/design after delivery, opened the packaging, used/applied/altered the product or damaged it after delivery. Limited genuine-delivery exceptions in the Return & Refund Policy still apply.
Customers must follow supplied instructions and warnings. To the extent permitted by law, Nails Diaries is not responsible for problems caused by misuse, improper application/removal, unauthorized modification, failure to follow instructions or use contrary to warnings. If irritation or an unexpected reaction occurs, stop use and obtain appropriate professional advice where necessary.
Placing an order does not guarantee final acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order before fulfilment for legitimate reasons such as unavailable stock, obvious technical pricing errors, payment verification failure, suspected fraud, duplicate orders, incomplete customer information, non-serviceable locations or technical/operational errors. If Nails Diaries cancels a valid prepaid order before fulfilment, the applicable paid amount will be returned in accordance with the Payment Policy.
Prices can change without prior notice. The checkout-confirmed price normally applies to an accepted order, subject to genuine technical or obvious pricing errors as permitted by law. Shipping, taxes and applicable charges are displayed where relevant. Delivery timelines are estimates and can be affected by courier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, serviceability issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Purchases are governed by the Return & Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy. Change-of-mind or customer-selection issues do not create an automatic right to return, refund or exchange. Once processing, packing or dispatch begins, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Nails Diaries branding, photographs, graphics, product presentation, text and website materials owned by Nails Diaries may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without authorization.
We may modify, suspend or temporarily disable website functions for maintenance, security, technical or business reasons. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nails Diaries is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from product misuse, incorrect customer-provided information, third-party failures or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These Terms are governed by laws applicable in India, subject to mandatory consumer rights and remedies available under applicable law.
